Starlit Holistic (formerly Starlit Therapies) is run by husband-and-wife duo Kelly and Stephanie—two gifted practitioners united by a shared intention: to weave together both the yin and yang energies to support a more grounded, balanced, and whole approach to healing.

Together, they offer a blend of traditional energy therapies, spiritual guidance, and heart-led support—creating a space where people can reconnect with themselves, soften what’s heavy, and remember the wisdom already within them.

Kelly

Healing has long been part of Kelly’s family lineage. His aunt provided holistic healing services for over 40 years in Manchester, training more than a thousand Reiki practitioners. She trained several members of Kelly’s family, including his sister Hazel, who went on to establish a training school called Halo Therapies in Dublin in 2012.

It was through Halo Therapies that Kelly began his journey. Over the next three years, he studied multiple levels of Reiki, eventually attaining Reiki Level 3 (Master/Teacher) in 2015. In 2017, he further deepened his path by completing Advanced Level Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.) and Master’s Level Seichem.

In 2020, after the birth of their first baby, Kelly wanted to create a special Mother’s Day gift for Stephanie. He ordered silver wire and a larimar cabochon and tried his hand at wire wrapping—creating a beautiful pendant that revealed a natural talent he never knew he had. When Steph later suggested infusing each piece with energy and creating bespoke pendants for individuals, Key of Light Jewellery was born.

Stephanie

Stephanie has always felt “in tune” with the unseen—aware that there was something more, sensing spirit close by, and often surprising friends with her sensitivity! She grew up in a family that was open to angels and spirit, so the presence of the subtle realms felt natural to her from an early age.

Her spiritual awakening began quietly through yoga at around age 20. What started as a practice for regulating the nervous system and relaxing the body became a profound doorway into inner connection. The release and remembrance she experienced on the mat felt like coming home. Over the years, she explored many styles—from Vinyasa and Hatha to Bikram and Kundalini—and eventually completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. While initially undertaken as a personal journey, she trusted that whatever was meant for her would unfold in time.

Stephanie’s formal energy path began in 2012 at Angel Inspirations, Sandymount, where she attended courses in Meditation and Healing with the Angels. That same year, she began her Reiki training with Halo Therapies, where she met Kelly, later completing Reiki Level 3 (Master/Teacher). She continued to expand her training with I.E.T. (2014), followed by Seichem and Magnified Healing (2015/2016). She has also attained Master’s Level Tera-Mai and Kundalini Reiki.

With a deep affinity for the etheric realms, Stephanie often calls upon supportive beings of light during sessions. In 2014, she began working with the Language of Light, and feels honoured to carry it as part of her healing toolkit. She also channels guided meditations—each one unique—offered with love and the highest healing intentions.

More recently, Stephanie has begun to channel a new healing modality guided by the stars, which she will share fully in time.

Stephanie loves guiding people through workshops and supporting them to activate their gifts. She is a channel, activator, and grid worker, working with light codes to reawaken what may be dormant within individuals and the Earth. She feels a close connection with her star guides, particularly those connected to Sirius and Andromeda, and works closely with Goddess energies, guided also by the Angelic realms.

Our Family & Our Path Forward

Kelly and Steph now have three gorgeous children. Over the years they have stepped back in and out of the Starlit world at different times—through births, weddings, and the seasons of family life—always returning with devotion to their work and a commitment to creating harmony between home and this calling.

In 2026, Steph returns with many offerings in her heart—ready to be shared with those who feel destined to be part of the magic.

They are deeply grateful to witness the healing, expansion, and life changes that unfold for those who begin—or deepen—their own journeys through this work.
