Cosmic Light: Keys of Remembrance is an intimate retreat day created to guide you back to your own inner wisdom through movement, energetic activation and deep soul connection. Set within the peaceful surroundings of Castle Oaks Hotel, this immersive experience invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a nurturing space where your body can soften, your heart can open and your soul can remember. This is the day you unlock your dormant gifts and allow them to come centre stage. Throughout the day you'll be gently guided through a series of transformational experiences including Cosmic Light Activations, Essence Code work, somatic yoga, guided journeys and Light Language transmissions, each designed to support greater clarity, alignment and remembrance of your unique soul blueprint. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been. As the energy unfolds throughout the day, you'll be invited to reconnect with your intuition, awaken dormant gifts and receive exactly what your soul is ready for in a safe, supportive environment. To continue the integration beyond the retreat, every participant will also receive a personalised channeled Light Language recording, created uniquely for them after the event to support their ongoing expansion and embodiment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy We operate a largely no-refund policy, reflecting the advance planning and preparation required to organise and hold the retreat. Each booking represents a commitment on our side, including administrative work, venue arrangements, and payments to facilitators and suppliers. Significant travel and logistical arrangements are made well in advance to ensure the retreat runs smoothly. Deposits & Payment Plans The €50 booking deposit is non-refundable, except where required by law. A place is considered fully secured once payment has been received in full. Cancellation by the Participant Partial refunds may be considered if written cancellation is received within the following timeframes: Within 7 days of booking: Refund of all payments made, less the non-refundable deposit Prior to 1st August: Refund of 50% of the amount paid beyond the deposit On or after 1st August: No refund will be issued All refunds take into account administrative, planning, and third-party costs already incurred and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Statutory Cancellation Rights This retreat is a time-specific event taking place on fixed dates. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights which may otherwise apply to distance contracts may not apply once performance of the service is due to begin within the statutory cancellation period, in accordance with Irish consumer law. Cancellation by the Organisers In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, participants will be offered either: A full refund of all payments made, or The option to transfer the booking to a rescheduled date or alternative offering Final Acknowledgement Please choose your payment option carefully. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and payment policy.
