Room Availability & Payment All rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Payments are made via bank transfer. If you see “Pay in person” on the booking page, this means payment is not taken online. Once your booking is completed, you will receive an email with full bank details to complete your payment. Please note: Your booking is not secured or confirmed until the deposit or full amount has been received. Attending with a Friend If you are joining this experience with a friend and would like to be allocated to the same cottage, please confirm in writing by emailing starlittherapies@gmail.com This allows us to coordinate room allocations wherever possible. Single occupancy is standard. If you wish to share a king-size bed, please book the Premium Twin option for two people and email us both guest names. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, subject to availability. What’s Included in Your Retreat Experience This rate includes your 3-night, 4-day stay in a luxury king single-occupancy en-suite room within a luxury eco cottage, designed to provide rest, comfort, and a welcoming environment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy We operate a largely no-refund policy, reflecting the advance planning and preparation required to organise and hold the retreat. Each booking represents a commitment on our side, including administrative work, venue arrangements, and payments to facilitators and suppliers. Significant travel and logistical arrangements are made well in advance to ensure the retreat runs smoothly. Deposits & Payment Plans The €300 booking deposit is non-refundable, except where required by law. Payments made via instalment plans are non-refundable once paid. Instalment options are offered to support accessibility only and do not reduce the overall financial commitment. A place is considered fully secured once payment has been received in full. Cancellation by the Participant Partial refunds may be considered if written cancellation is received within the following timeframes: Within 7 days of booking: Refund of all payments made, less the non-refundable deposit Prior to 1st March: Refund of 50% of the amount paid beyond the deposit Between 1st March and 1st April: Refund of 25% of the amount paid beyond the deposit On or after 1st April: No refund will be issued All refunds take into account administrative, planning, and third-party costs already incurred and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Statutory Cancellation Rights This retreat is a time-specific event taking place on fixed dates. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights which may otherwise apply to distance contracts may not apply once performance of the service is due to begin within the statutory cancellation period, in accordance with Irish consumer law. Cancellation by the Organisers In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, participants will be offered either: A full refund of all payments made, or The option to transfer the booking to a rescheduled date or alternative offering Final Acknowledgement Please choose your payment option carefully. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and payment policy.
