Room Availability & Payment All rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Payments are made via bank transfer. If you see “Pay in person” on the booking page, this means payment is not taken online. Once your booking is completed, you will receive an email with full bank details to complete your payment. Please note: Your booking is not secured or confirmed until the deposit or full amount has been received. What’s Included in Your Retreat Experience This rate includes a 3-night, 4-day stay in a signature Shepherd’s Hut en-suite studio, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, rest, and a welcoming environment. Your retreat experience includes: Full access to amenities at The Deerstone Luxury Eco Hideaway (Optional spa treatments or additional workshops available by separate booking) All meals thoughtfully prepared during your stay Daily movement sessions and guided reflective activities Group discussions and supportive guidance from Stephanie A keepsake gift to commemorate your retreat experience Access to online sessions for 5 months after the retreat Your Signature Shepherd’s Hut Nestled within the tranquil landscape, the Shepherd’s Huts provide private, comfortable spaces for rest, reflection, and connection with nature. Amenities include: Handcrafted interiors with comfortable, elegant furnishings Private ensuite bathroom with shower and eco-friendly composting WC Fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, kettle, and toaster Private entrance and terrace with scenic views Tea and coffee facilities for moments of pause Wood-fired outdoor Japanese soak bath for personal relaxation VOYA organic toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, spa towels, and eco-friendly flip-flops
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy We operate a largely no-refund policy, reflecting the advance planning and preparation required to organise and hold the retreat. Each booking represents a commitment on our side, including administrative work, venue arrangements, and payments to facilitators and suppliers. Significant travel and logistical arrangements are made well in advance to ensure the retreat runs smoothly. Deposits & Payment Plans The €300 booking deposit is non-refundable, except where required by law. Payments made via instalment plans are non-refundable once paid. Instalment options are offered to support accessibility only and do not reduce the overall financial commitment. A place is considered fully secured once payment has been received in full. Cancellation by the Participant Partial refunds may be considered if written cancellation is received within the following timeframes: Within 7 days of booking: Refund of all payments made, less the non-refundable deposit Prior to 1st March: Refund of 50% of the amount paid beyond the deposit Between 1st March and 1st April: Refund of 25% of the amount paid beyond the deposit On or after 1st April: No refund will be issued All refunds take into account administrative, planning, and third-party costs already incurred and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Statutory Cancellation Rights This retreat is a time-specific event taking place on fixed dates. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights which may otherwise apply to distance contracts may not apply once performance of the service is due to begin within the statutory cancellation period, in accordance with Irish consumer law. Cancellation by the Organisers In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, participants will be offered either: A full refund of all payments made, or The option to transfer the booking to a rescheduled date or alternative offering Final Acknowledgement Please choose your payment option carefully. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and payment policy.
